Hello! I’m Fatin Aqilah, an illustrator who born and raised in Pahang! I specialise in picture book and commercial illustrations, creating artwork inspired by thoughful adventures, local culture and my life in general. My illustrations often feature childlike characters and cute animals, reflecting storytelling through my art. Over the years, this passion has also grown into a range of art products, which can be found in stationery stores across Malaysia. I’m delighted to be part of this project and share a piece inspired by the beauty and heritage of my home state, Pahang.

Hello! I’m Fatin Aqilah, an illustrator who born and raised in Pahang! I specialise in picture book and commercial illustrations, creating artwork inspired by thoughful adventures, local culture and my life in general. My illustrations often feature childlike characters and cute animals, reflecting storytelling through my art. Over the years, this passion has also grown into a range of art products, which can be found in stationery stores across Malaysia. I’m delighted to be part of this project and share a piece inspired by the beauty and heritage of my home state, Pahang.

Inspired by Pahang's natural beauty, this design centres on the elephant, the state animal, alongside the Sungai Pahang and rainforests of Taman Negara. The green and royal yellow palette reflects the state's rich ecosystems, natural heritage and the river that sustains its people and wildlife.
